What we collect
To complete and submit your TDAC, we collect: full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, gender, occupation, visa number (if any), country/city of residence, phone number, travel dates and flight/vehicle details, accommodation address in Thailand, and the countries you visited in the 14 days before arrival (health declaration). We also collect your email address to send you updates and your confirmation.
Why we collect it
Solely to complete and submit your TDAC application on the official Thai immigration portal, and to communicate with you about that application. We don't use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
- The Thai immigration authorities, via the official TDAC portal — this is the entire point of the service.
- Stripe, to process your payment. We never see or store your card details.
- Resend, our email provider, to send you confirmations and updates.
- Vercel Blob, to store the confirmation document once your TDAC is approved, so you and our team can access it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We delete your application data 12 months after your travel date. If you'd like it deleted sooner, contact us.
No account required
You don't create a password-protected account with us — you access your application through a private link sent to your email. Keep that link confidential; anyone with it can view or edit your application data (until payment, after which it's locked).
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing thaidup2026@gmail.com.
