Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Once you complete payment, our team begins working on your application, so we do not offer refunds — including if:

• Thai immigration rejects or delays your application for any reason,
• you provided incorrect or incomplete information,
• you no longer need the TDAC (e.g. cancelled trip) after paying.

Why

The fee covers our team's work reviewing and submitting your application, which happens regardless of the outcome — it isn't a fee for guaranteed approval.

Billing errors

This doesn't apply to genuine billing mistakes — if you were charged twice for the same application, or charged in error, contact thaidup2026@gmail.com and we'll fix it.
